This registration session will allow you to complete player and parent/guardian contact information, sign consents, waivers, and medical releases, and provide you with online payment options.
Please read below for some important notes regarding the registration process:
In order to complete registration, you are required to make online payment for the registration fee. For online payment option through our secure site please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Hopkins Area Little League.
To help reduce administrative overhead and streamline our processes, we will continue collecting volunteer deposits through our online payment system in the form of payment plans. More information about this is included in the payment section of the registration process.
In order to complete registration, you are required to include your child's medical history form. For reference, here is the link to the form (also accessible during the registration process). Key required information includes: Emergency Contact Information, Insurance, Doctor, current medications, and last tetanus shot. Please be sure to have this information readily available during the registration process.
