The Little League Challenger Program is an adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge ages 5-18 may participate.
This program provides a supportive, inclusive environment where kids can develop social skills, build self-esteem and improve physical fitness. It encourages teamwork, sportsmanship and a sense of belonging, fostering a positive and enriching experience for all participants.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, submit waivers and medical release forms and submit payment. In order to complete registration, you are required to include your child's medical history. Key required information includes: Emergency Contact Information, Insurance, Doctor, current medications, and last tetanus shot. Please be sure to have this information readily available during the registration process.
