This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, submit waivers and medical release forms and submit payment.

Important notes regarding the registration process:
In order to complete registration, you are required to make online payment for the registration fee. For online payment option through our secure site please have your Visa or MasterCard information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Hopkins Area Little League.
To help reduce administrative overhead and streamline our processes, we will continue collecting volunteer deposits through our online payment system in the form of payment plans. More information about this is included in the payment section of the registration process.
In order to complete registration, you are required to include your child's medical history. Key required information includes: Emergency Contact Information, Insurance, Doctor, current medications, and last tetanus shot. Please be sure to have this information readily available during the registration process.
If you are requesting a scholarship or need to make offline payment, please contact Aisha Robinson at registration@hopkinslittleleague.com to obtain a password prior to starting the registration process.
